Carwake is a comprehensive factory specializing in the research, development, production and sales of functional films. Its product cover 3 major areas: Automotive, Construction, and Advertising. The factory is located in Shantou, Guangdong Province (within the National Bonded Area), with 220 acres.And it is equipped with hardware facilities such as German Yingcai magnetron coating line and Japanese Inoue precision coating line, with an annual production capacity of 60 million square meters. Three major research and operation centers have been established in Shantou, the United States, South Korea and other places, and it is currently the largest intelligent manufacturing factory for automotive film materials in Guangdong Province.

      Carwake, as a whole industry chain manufacturer had invested 30 million RMB to establish “Functional Materials Co-innovation Research Institute” with Shantou University, which has been committed to the development of talent cultivation and project R&D, and carries out the research around the direction of coating, synthesizing, composite materials, and nano-materials technology. At present, the center has formed a collaborative innovation team consisting of full-time R&D personnel (34 people), young teachers and university students, with strong R&D capabilities. During this period, multiple innovative research and development achievements were achieved, successfully breaking through the technology blockade imposed by the United States, Japan, and South Korea, multiple technologies have filled the domestic gap, fully realizing the import substitution of automotive film materials, and obtaining the "Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center".
